Experience was good with personnel, but the quality of service this time was disappointing. I had an oil change and I had oil hand prints on my running boards and on the paint exterior of my truck. First time I’ve had truck or any vehicle serviced at a dealer and it not be washed. Also none of my other fluids were topped off like it said would be done. These things are why I never take my vehicles in for the basic maintenance. Poor attention to detail = poor workmanship.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I let them know that I had not intentions of leaving with a new car. I had questions about leasing and what my payments would be on a Traverse. Unfortunately a new one was out of my price range and that was ok. They looked at all different options but just couldn't make it work out. And then there was the Equinox EV and my curiosity about electric cars. Adam was so patient with us and very patient with all of my questions. Took the car for a test drive and I was sold.

I called to make an appointment and they were very willing to accommodate my date and time. Wayne was my service manager at check-in. I was scheduled for my first oil change, Wayne explained to me that I had a service recall, and they needed a certified technician to perform the recall which could take up to a half a day. Wayne was able to have the oil change and have the certified technician complete the recall in under 2 hours. That’s service!

I really liked how when I first get there someone was quick to attend to my needs. I was escorted in and quickly processed through. I really enjoyed the coffee machine with various options. The donuts provided helped me a lot as I had an early morning appointment and I have not eaten breakfast yet. I like how the service gentleman provided me with information on additional services that I was not aware I needed to have done. All staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed returning again.

Responded to a coupon email. Set up an appt. Had to call 25 hrs. Later to inquire about estimate. Invoice was $1700 but no coupon ($150) so I inquired. Was told I should have mentioned it when I arrived but I had replied online to the coupon email. Then questioned whether my service was “recommended”. Finally took a photo of my coupon email and deducted the $150 and was very polite. Sadly, any positive experience was already gone. The service man who delivered my car was fantastic! Mediocre people are common today and poor company culture exists too often. I encourage you to empower all of your people to blow people away with customer service and go above and beyond. It’s fun, profitable and truly something to be proud of. Thank you.

I’m very unhappy for the first time . It took me 10 phone calls over more then 1 day , including a voicemail that they claim wasn’t there to get a hold of someone for a oil change appt . When I tried to check in I guess I was assigned to someone who was very busy , I asked if the one not busy could check me in and he acted weird and said oh no . The lady that I had to wait for , as my ride is waiting on me in the parking lot , was almost rude saying she will get to me when she can , all the while the man I wanted to check me in wasn’t busy, so there I stood waiting and very frustrated . I don’t know the person I was assigned to and I would like to not be sssigned to her . . I’ve never had a experience that was negative here , but I’m still very upset

I dropped my Tahoe off at 10:30 AM to address an airbag service icon on the dash. At 5:00 I got an email AND a text saying: "Your authorized service is complete." So when I went to pick my truck up I learned that no, the service was not complete. In fact they had not even diagnosed the problem yet. In fairness to the service consultant I did say in the afternoon that I needed my car the next day. However I would have certainly reconsidered that if it meant the problem would be resolved.

I have to tell you, this has been a reoccurring issue from the moment I bought the car. As soon as I took ownership of the Vehicle I noticed the alignment was off, I made an appointment and was there within 36 hours of taking ownership of the car. I got there and was informed I would be charged for the alignment. I went to the General Management Staff and was informed they would contact me by the end of the weekend with an update. 8 days go by without hearing anything back, and in that time I noticed a creaking/metal clink in the rear suspension. I eventually get ahold of them, they reaffirm they will not be paying for the alignment after making me wait, so I schedule another appointment to look at the creak and alignment two days from then. Within 24 hours, I got up underneath the vehicle and noticed the rear passenger shock absorber was leaking onto the strut. Next morning I had it towed in, they did replace the shock under warranty. But, they told me they still wouldn’t pay for the alignment but then assured me it didn’t need one after the technician “drove it”. I got the car back and the creak is absolutely still there and the alignment is still noticeably off. I have to hold the steering wheel two degrees to the left in order to go straight. It’s been a month now. This is getting incredibly frustrating. I just want my car in working order.

I want to start by saying that I have been having my oil changed and tires rotated at this dealership for years because it is conveniently located near my work. Going back to my previous oil change, I was told that they couldn't rotate my tires because they could not locate my wheel lock (which was an original GM wheel lock) Despite me telling them that they are the only people to remove my wheels in the last several years, they must have misplaced it. He refused to acknowledge that, so I didn't get my tires rotated and therefore had to pay an extra $50 to have them removed when I had my tires replaced at another business. Despite that, I went back this week for my next oil change and tire rotation (no more locks on my wheels because I had to pay to have them removed). I entered the cubical of my assigned service advisor (Travis Gaul) who was finishing up with another customer. While I was waiting, another customer entered after me. At which time Travis greeted her and proceeded to help her by telling her to drop her keys and escorting her to the waiting room. While he was doing that another gentleman entered the cubical. Travis returned, had yet to greet me, but instead greeted the other person who had entered after I had, instructed him on what service they were planning to complete and had him sign a service agreement. Now, I realize that this person may have in fact been there prior to my arrival, but I had yet to be greeted, and I am only here for an oil change. After he dealt with two other customers, he finally greets me, can't find my paperwork and then hands me off to another service advisor (Ilia Shulgin), who proceeds to finally check me in. I inform him that I will be waiting in the lobby for the service to be completed. My appointment was for 7:45am (I was there on time) I didn't get through the check in process until 8am. At 9am, I look outside to see if my truck is done. I see it in the parking lot, so I proceed to the counter. I'm greeted by a woman I believe was Abby Bacon, but not totally sure, who tells me that Ilia is finishing up my paperwork, and she will go out and bring up my truck, great. That was at 9am. I didn't leave the dealership until 9:15. it took 15 minutes just to complete the paperwork. In that time, I remembered I had a coupon, and I told Ilia that I had forgotten my coupon, he said that they don't issue coupons for oil changes, but that he would give me $10.00 off, but that I had to send him a picture of the coupon that I said I had. At that time, I remembered that I had the coupon in my truck, and it was indeed a coupon for 15% off an oil change. He seemed very surprised by this and stated that it must have come from corporate. He did take the 15% off which was great, but the paperwork process taking 15 minutes for just an oil change and tire rotation is just so cumbersome in this day in age when I just need to tap my credit card to pay, that it's kind of ridiculous and antiquated. Frustrated and late for work, I left the dealership only to realize while on the road that they didn't even change the reminder sticker on my windshield after all of that. Not a big deal, but kind of the final straw. I'm kind of done with this dealership and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I have always had a great experience with Chevy McLaughlin, but this visit was not the best. I brought my Equinox in for an oil change, I was told it would be done in 1.5 hours. I did add on an engine conditioner, after 3 hours I called to check on my vehicle. After calling several times and being transferred multiple times, I still was not able to speak to a person, so I left a message. I did get a call back about 20 minutes later from my advisor, who stated engine/cabin filters were recommended to be changed. I agreed, and was told about 45 minutes, they had to get my car back in shop to do it (why wasn’t I called and asked about filters prior to finishing the oil change and removing vehicle from shop?). After waiting another 2 hours, I called again, and again transferred multiple times and no person to speak to. So I called again, and before I could be transferred for the second time, I stated I just needed to know if my vehicle was done. After a brief hold I was told it was done. NEVER in the past have I had this poor of communication. It took 5 hours for an oil change and filters. I usually get a text when my vehicle is done, before they call me. I did not receive that text message until the next day at 10:30pm. I was very frustrated with my experience this time.

I miss Wayne. I asked your shop to check my battery amps when cranking over (I have noticed slower cranking over on cold mornings). When you folks were done with my oil change nothing was noted on the paperwork that was completed. When I asked about it, I was told "seem to start ok" and the paperwork had "good" box checked on battery section. I went over across the street to Les Schwab right after I left your lot.. They confirmed my starting amps were low and confirmed what I was experiencing. I had them sale me a new battery. I also have asked twice now to multiple folks at this location that I'm purchasing a new 3500 High Country in the next year or so and would like to see pictures of some trucks with lifts on them... and I have yet heard a thing. Crickets...You folks sale trucks?

Alex was awesome! Got my truck in immediately when I pulled up to service. Technicians did a thorough job trying to find out why I had a dead battery. Couldn't find anything but we all came to the conclusion that onstar linked up to my truck, and didn't disconnect the link resulting in a battery drain. All in all, Alex was awesome and I give him 10/10 stars for his help. Thank you!

From scheduling an oil change to a new engine our experience was top notch. We felt valued and cared for. We were 1 week away from making a life changing move to another state and had gotten a notice of a recall. We decided we should get it taken care of so that when we had to drive the truck across 7 states we would have ease of mind. We were shocked to learn the engine needed to be replaced. From the start we were kept up to date on the progress. Abby Bacon was our point of contact and she called us often to check in, she coordinated a rental for us in another state, which was a little tricky to find closest place with a truck. It was a very stress free experience during a pretty stressful time. We are so thankful for Abby!

I went in for an oil change, new wipers, and a malfunctioning tire pressure monitor. I was told there were things to do at 105,000 miles and agreed to the basic package. I was told I needed one new tire sensor and paid for it. It will be installed when they get it. But now all 4 tire sensors are out. I was told the 3 would come back after I drove 25 miles per hour for 5 minutes. I am sure I have done that but they still do not register my pressure. Hmmmm.

My tech Kyle was totally awesome. Easy to work with and communication was spot on. i just really bummed that after spending $5,200 for services and maintenance on my vehicle, i still have a leaky tire. its no big deal - just shows me that my money only goes so far. I can bring it back to the dealership - or the tire company. no big deal - I just really hoped I wouldn't have to deal with it after spending so much money and trusting Chevrolet to get it right. It makes me consider what else was skipped over. Money used to matter. Just my two cents :)

Able to get a quick appointment, they did a good job on the 30,000 mile service in a reasonable amount of time, and they let me bring my dog into the waiting room! They also charged up my car to 80% , helpful since my home charger has been on the blink and I am waiting for repair. My only complaint is the somewhat high cost -- almost $400 -- for this periodic service.

My 2018 Traverse had a tire sensor go out. It was replaced and then another went out. At the repair time I was told the rest were failing. This is at most 4 weeks later and it might have been good to tell me that before. In any case I replaced the other 3 and got a very nice discount with a coupon. Now another has failed in less than a week. I suspect this may be an issue with a 7 year old Traverse but it is frustrating.

Service was done in a timely manner. Confusing information about services available for my diesel Suburban. I declined the 3 different service packages ranging from 350-550 dollars. Your repair order said I declined the factory services, but the owners manual does not mention these service packages. One service writer presented the packages. My service writer who was out to lunch , said diesel supplement should be added to the engine every oil change. When I declined the extra service packages, diesel fuel supplement was never added to my car. My family had 5 dealerships from the mid 60’s to 1990. I can tell you this kind of customer service is not appreciated.
